We began Mandalynn Farms in order to change where and how great produce is grown. Since planting our first seeds, we’ve created a sustainable urban farm where the harvest cycle is measured in days, not months. Our farm uses 90% less water than traditional agriculture and is pesticide and herbicide-free. Under energy-efficient lighting, our fully climate-controlled environment consistently produces the freshest Microgreens.
In fact, according to a recent study by The University of Maryland microgreens contain up to 40 times more nutrition than their mature counterparts.Â

FRESH: At Mandalynn Farms our priority is to optimize both shelf life and flavor. We strive to disrupt the supply chain by growing, harvesting, packaging, and delivering all in one facility to deliver our MicroGreens within 24 hrs. of harvest in most cases.
LOCAL: Our MicroGreens are locally grown indoors in Georgetown, Tx. They’re tender, crisp, and delicious on their own, and offer a wide variety of intense flavors, vivid colors, and tender textures that will enhance the look and flavor of a wide variety of dishes.Â
SUSTAINABLE: We are committed to low-impact agriculture. Our products are free of pesticides, herbicides, and GMOs. We use 90% less water than traditional farming and our urban location eliminates nearly all food miles.
Here's a few tip's on how you can add MicroGreens to your next meal.
Breakfast: MicroGreens go great on Avocado Toast, Omelets, Scrambled Eggs, or use them in Juices & Smoothies.
Lunch: We add them to Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Flatbreads, Frittatas, Pizzas, Hamburgers, and Tacos. (Our kids love eating them in Ramen Noodles;-)
