FRESH: At Mandalynn Farms our priority is to optimize both shelf life and flavor. We strive to disrupt the supply chain by growing, harvesting, packaging, and delivering all in one facility to deliver our Microgreens within 24 hrs. of harvest in most cases.
LOCAL: Our Microgreens are locally grown indoors in Georgetown, TX. They’re tender, crisp, and delicious on their own, and offer a wide variety of intense flavors, vivid colors, and tender textures that will enhance the look and flavor of a wide variety of dishes.
SUSTAINABLE: We are committed to low-impact agriculture. Our products are free of pesticides, herbicides, and GMOs. We use 90% less water than traditional farming and our urban location eliminates nearly all food miles.
